Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of the tour. 
• Within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time of the tour, 100% cancellation fee.
• Reschedule is subject to availability of our equipment and tour leaders.
• You can reschedule your tour free of charge  up to 12 hours before the scheduled tour departure time.
• If you reschedule your tour within 12  hours before the scheduled tour departure time, we will charge a rebooking fee of 20€.
• The tours will start at the scheduled time with the participants who are present at the scheduled time.
• For groups over 15 persons different policy may exist

Adverse weather policy

• Tours run in all weather conditions, rain or shine.
• For all participants who do not want to join the tour because of the rain, we offer a 50% refund or the option to join another day or time without extra charge, this according to our availability.
• We reserve the right to postpone the starting time of a tour for up to 60 minutes.
